He was waiting for the light on a fairly steep hill and as he drove off he managed to dump about a wheelbarrow of cement onto the road.

Had that happen a few years ago on a street by my house. The cement is still there like an inverse pothole.

I hope they clean up quickly! Where in the Netherlands did this happen by the way? Since that cement truck looks a lot like the ones from a company near me.

It happened in Alkmaar. I called the cops afterwards so they know it’s there and are probably cleaning it up right now.

Yeah, I called the cops so they could send someone or someone from the city to clean it up before it gets to that point.
